Grab your bag and get to walking

*Use one bag or two for light weights. Build your forearm, biceps and shoulders by lifting the bags as you walk.

Heels or walk on your toes

*This creates more energy, strengthen calves and balance.

Power Walk

-Put a pump in your step and walk at a faster pace than normal to burn more calories.

No need to clear your schedule, instead incorporate in your daily movement. Best times to runway exercise is after eating and or first thing in the morning to help burn calories.
